How to freeze greens in olive oil
For harvesting you will need 1 part of olive oil and 4 parts of fresh herbs. Dill, parsley, thyme, spring onion, oregano, sage, thyme and basil are best suited for freezing. The greens must be crushed, put into ice molds. Pour olive oil into the molds, filling them in ¾ volume.
Such a blank can be stored in the freezer for up to one year.
