Freezing in the freezer is not good for every product, but today we will talk about as many as six who are quite happy with it.

Sour cream
Sour cream doesn’t last particularly long in the fridge, but you can freeze it to extend its shelf life. To freeze the sour cream, stir it well and place it either in its original packaging, or transfer it to a container. You can store it for up to 6 months.
To defrost sour cream, take it out of the freezer, refrigerate for a couple of hours. Stir in a teaspoon of cornstarch to restore its creamy texture.
Cream cheese
Cream cheese, which is great for making rolls or cheesecake, is also good for freezing. Place it in the freezer right in its original packaging. To defrost cream cheese, remove it from the freezer and into the refrigerator overnight. To restore it to its original texture, heat it in the microwave and stir until smooth.
Onion
Chopped onions keep well in the freezer and are great for a variety of recipes. Cut the onion into cubes, place evenly on a serving dish and cover with plastic wrap or foil. Freeze. Then unload the onions into a container or zippered bag and store in the freezer.
In order to use onions, you don’t even need to defrost them.
Avocado
Avocados can also be stored in the freezer. Thawed avocado slices are good for smoothies, toast, and guacamole.
Slice a peeled avocado, place it in lemon wedges and place in a zippered bag. Freeze. Date it. To thaw, transfer the avocado to the refrigerator overnight.
Bacon
Cooked bacon freezes perfectly, which is great for saving time when you need it. So, spread the raw bacon slices on a baking sheet on paper and bake at 200 degrees for 20-40 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a plate on a paper towel.
Line a baking sheet or dish with baking paper, spread the bacon on top of it, then again a layer of paper and a layer of bacon, then cover with a layer of paper. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. After that, load all the bacon into a bag and add a cooking date. Store in the freezer.
To thaw, place the bacon in the refrigerator overnight or in the microwave for 30 seconds. This bacon is ideal for pies, toasts, salads.
Garlic
Grind the garlic cloves in any way you like. Drizzle with olive oil, stir. Use a teaspoon to spread the garlic balls on parchment paper on a platter or baking sheet. Freeze. Then place the garlic balls in a zippered bag and store in the freezer.
To thaw, refrigerate for 1-2 hours. This garlic will save you time, since you can always get such a ball and use it to prepare any dish.
